Usage
Residual current circuit-breakers (RCCB) without integral over current protection conform to standards of IEC10086, GB16916, VDE0664, BS4293 etc. They are suitable for the circuit of AC 50-60Hz, single phase 230V (220V), three phases 400V (380V) or below them in industrial & mining enterprises, commercial buildings and housing. They will break off fault circuit rapidly to avoid the electric shock hazard and fire accident which can be caused by personal electric shock or earth leakage current.
There are three kinds of action current: alternating-current type, alternating-current pulsating direct current type and time-delay alternating-current pulsating direct current type.
Structure
The residual current circuit-breakers consist of zero-phase-sequence current transformer, high sensitivity electromagnetic release, operating device and test device, all of them are installed into a sealed case.
